Most of us are living with some sort of ache or pain in the shoulders, hips, or both. And sadly most of us think this is a normal part of aging. The truth is, we were only given half of the solution to be pain free.

Modern yoga is all about stretching, which is leading to more injury. Mainstream fitness is obsessed with physical looks; 6-pack abs, booty sculpt, and heavy lifting. The Chiropractor says to stop working out, the Gastroenterologist says you’re fine. And all the while you are exhausted and lost in a sea of pain and confusion.

It really doesn’t have to be that way. I’ve worked with patients undergoing radiation and chemo for cancer who remained strong throughout all 6 weeks of treatment. I’ve helped patients avoid knee surgery through re-developing their body’s natural movement patterns, and strengthening the muscles and connective tissue around the joints.
